Corrected High D fingering (page 231)

With 29 versions of the text spanning 12 years it was bound to happen— a mistake (I'm guessing there are more....): the fingering chart on page 231 (FIGURE 22.9. High D, alternate fingering). Here is the corrected chart and I will have Oxford also post it on the book's companion website.

My thanks to my dear friend Jon Reeder for pointing this out to me. He told the the fingering didn't work for him and it was no wonder— it was just wrong. Mea culpa! (my apologies!)
